MCM and its affiliates offer their services to you under the following terms and conditions. On visiting our website or signing up at MCM website, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out hereunder. In addition to this, when you use or visit any existing or future MCM service or any business associated with MCM, whether or not included in the MCM Web site, you will also be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business. Please read the various services offered by MCM before making any payment in respect of any such service.
The Users, availing services from MCM shall be deemed to have read, understood and clearly accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions hereof, and this agreement shall govern the relationship between you and MCM and all transactions or services by, with or in connection with MCM for all purposes, and shall be unconditionally binding between the parties without any reservation. MCM at its sole discretion from time to time may change and/or alter the terms and conditions.

Members agree that their profile(s) may be crawled and indexed by search engines, where MCM and its network do not have any control over the search engine's behaviour and MCM shall not be accountable for such activities of other search engines.

MCM on its own due to changes in the company policy or on the basis of the feedback received from its members has the right to modify its features and services from time to time.

You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and legal capability to enter this agreement, and no law has prohibited or disabled you from entering into a contract.

If at any time MCM, in its sole judgment, is of the estimation or has any reason to believe that you are not qualified to become a member, or that you have made any falsification about your eligibility, MCM hereby reserves the right to terminate your membership and/or your right to use the services of MCM without any refund of any money paid to MCM

By registering your profile through our domain, you explicitly authorize MCM to copy and use your profiles from MCM domain to its specially arranged matrimonial ground events and Exclusive Community Meets to provide extra exposure for you and for speeding up the marriage process of its registered users.
Your Account
If you use or register in this site, you are legally responsible for preserving the secrecy of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. By registering in MCM you agree to accept responsibility for all the activities that occur under your account or password.
You also hereby expressly agree that the information provided by you is available to the other users of MCM and that MCM neither has any control nor any responsibility or accountability if information is misused, exploited or abused by any third party.
MCM reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel subscription at their sole discretion.
MCM in the larger interests of its members allows the divorced and widowed profiles to seek similar profiles and do not allow such profiles to set their partner preference for UNMARRIED profiles. Such wrong partner preference profiles will be edited for the partner preference or deleted without notice.
You cannot engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through MCM. You will not broadcast any chain letters or junk email to other members. You understand and agree that MCM cannot supervise the conduct of its members off MCM Site, it is also a violation of these rules to misuse any information obtained from MCM to pester, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to get in touch with, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any member without the prior explicit consent of the member or MCM.
Every members should set their Partner Preference and set it correctly. If such preferences are not set or set correctly MCM on its own will set the Partner Preference in accordance to the own profile information of the registered user. The member can edit such set preference any time.
Membership
By registering your profile through the MCM website or by the remittance of fees at the office of MCM or its branch or franchise offices you become a member of MCM. lease refer to the MCM website for details of our paid membership schemes. Each membership scheme comes with its own exclusive value added services and benefits
Membership is not automatic:
The right of admission vests with MCM. You become a member upon due acceptance of the Profile/Payment by MCM.
Membership and rights of admission is reserved solely for Indian Nationals & Citizens Persons of Indian Origin Non Resident Indians and Persons of Indian descent /Indian Heritage
Length of Membership:
You continue to be a member of MCM till MCM discharges its obligations to you by rendering its services to you; or when MCM or you terminate the membership arrangement.
Paid Memberships:
Validity of your paid membership is based on months (2, 3, 5, and 6) and not on days.
Mode of Payment
1. Payment made by cash / cheque / Net Banking / Debit / Credit Card would be in accordance with the prevailing RBI guidelines. Activation of paid MCM service shall be subject to realization of the said payment. In case of dishonor of Cheque/demand draft; you shall be liable to pay applicable bank's cheque/DD bouncing charges. Further MCM service to your account will be deactivated / suspended until you settle the value of the payment and applicable bank charges in cash.
2. MCM/Website uses third party payment gateways for collection of credit/debit card or other payment instruments. In case of payment gateway failure the same would be communicated to the MCM member by the payment gateway provider. MCM/Website shall not be responsible for Extra currency/conversion charges/deductions/error issues from payment gateway. In the case of failed online transactions, which result in no services, MCM/Website offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts through the payment gateway.
3. You agree to provide us with your Permanent Account Number / Form 60/61 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and rules thereunder in the event you choose any paid package of MCM, the value of such paid package being Rs.2,00,000/- [Rupees Two Lakh Only] and above from MCM.
Renewal of Membership:
1) A Paid Member who is eligible to view the contact details, on the conclusion of his/her account can renew the membership within a month. On such renewal, they can get 10% discount on the scheme and the balance number of contact (Mobile no. viewing and SMS) detail views if any pending will automatically gets carried over with the renewal.
2) The payments made by MCM member to MCM/Website by way of paid membership / renewal fee / auto renewal is /are treated as non-refundable. Payment once made for MCM services cannot be assigned to any person/party or adjusted towards any other product or packages provided by MCL.
3) MCM members cannot put the paid MCM service on hold even temporarily, for any reason whatsoever. Based on the tenure of paid MCM service and date of payment taken, the expiry of paid MCM service will automatically happen on expiry of the applicable paid package taken by you.
Privacy of Membership:
Your Membership is only for your personal use. It is not to be assigned, transferred or licensed to be used by any other person/entity. We advise the members to make appropriate/thorough enquiries before acting upon any matrimonial advertisement. MCM does not vouch for or subscribe to the claims and representations made by the advertising members regarding particulars of status, age, or income.
MCM Members are expected to refrain from :
1. Entering into any financial transactions with prospects.
2. Sharing of confidential and personal data with each other but not limited to sharing of bank details, etc.
3. Entering into physical relationship with any prospect before marriage.
4. violating any law for the time being in force.
5. From mentioning details of other matrimonial services while sending personalized messages.
Cancellation of Membership:
If you choose to terminate your membership, the money once paid towards registration of your membership will not be refunded, adjusted for any other service or for another applicant. Your membership in the MCM is only for your exclusive personal use. You agree that you will not authorize others to use your membership, and you will not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity
Online Conduct
You are responsible for the content and information [including profile and photograph] you post or transmit through MCM’s services. You will not post or transmit any content or information [in whatever form they may be] that is insulting, sacrilegious, rude, obscene, sexually oriented, profane, threatening, illegal or in violation of the rights of any person, including intellectual property rights. No content or information shall contain details or particulars of any of MCM’s competitors, including their contact details. You will not use either your online or offline membership as a media for any kind of promotional campaign, solicitation, advertising or dealing in any products or services or send out any chain letters or junk mails.
Unrelated contents:
MCM hereby alerts and cautions its members of the possibility of unofficial posting of contents by any person, including members and illegitimate users and advises discretion in access, since such content, information or representation that may not be suitable or being offensive to you. MCM will not in any way be accountable for such content, information or representations. MCM is also not responsible for alterations, adaptations, removal, copy, sale, transmission or any such misuse of data and content in the public domain by any user.

Other Details
The number of profiles and contact details you can view online and contact depends on the scheme chosen by you.
Your membership will automatically get blocked if you send "abusive, obscene or sexually oriented" message/s to other members.
MCM has the right to suspend your profile without any prior notice.
MCM reserves the right to edit/delete your photo/horoscope if it's not a valid/clear/related one.
If we find duplicate profiles, then we have rights to suspend any of the profile or all the profiles.
Messages sent to members of the opposite gender should be only for the purpose of finding a life partner. You are not allowed to misuse the services for "Dating", "Flirting", Friendship" and other purposes.
MCM reserves the right to modify your profile if any prohibitive or objectionable content is found, or in the case of your contact details being entered in irrelevant fields. MCM may also modify the profile for other reasons not mentioned herewith and has the right to suspend your profile.
You will not post or transmit any content, information or trademarks without the prior consent of the person holding its proprietary or licensed rights. MCM will not in any way be responsible or answerable to any action brought by any person arising out of your acts as described above.
To improve the security of its members, MCM has restricted copying and saving images and content from certain sections of the portal.
Role and Responsibility of MyChettiyarMatrimony.com
1) MCM/Website is an endeavor to help you find your dream life partner (prospect) through of process of automated searching, shortlisting and contacting prospects amongst our registered members.
2) MCM/Website reproduces your details once you register on our website on "as is as available" basis and also share your profile with other registered MCM members within MCL consortium of website(s).
3) MCM's/Website's obligation is only to provide an interface to its registered members to search their prospect themselves without any assistance from third party / persons from amongst the other registered members of the Website. You agree that the system generated search results of MCM/Website are only of the profiles registered members on Website.
4) MCM's/Website's automated system offers match making profiles between its registered members based on the partner preference set by each such MCM member.
5) The search conducted by any MCM member and the results thereof are automatically generated, and based on the partner preference set by you. In the event MCM member changes their partner preference on the Website, then the automated system generated prospect results of the Website may also undergo corresponding change.
6) MCM/Website cannot guarantee or assume responsibility for any specific results from the use of the data available from the MCM service or from the consortium of websites/portal's of MCL.
7) The MCM members agrees and understands that MCM/Website may also allow third parties to provide MCM members services on the website like horoscope matching etc., and MCM/Website may also collect the payment for such third party services to you.
